Brandi in particular was so caring and so responsive! When we realized we needed help with my mother-in-law, she got us someone there that evening! Such a relief during a terrible time!
Comfort Home Care provided an outstanding level of service. I utilized their home aide services to help care for my father as he recovered from a difficult surgery. The admin team were always available, responsive, and sensitive to my family's needs. The nurses that came to my fathers house were professional, patient, and kind. If you are searching for home aide services I would strongly recommend them.

Comfort Home Health Care is a top-notch operation. Brandi was so helpful in the office with providing a friendly, calm, and patient-centric approach to establishing services. I had a situation where I needed services immediately after Thanksgiving for a family member and I called Comfort Home Health Care and spoke with Brandi the day before the holiday. While balancing preparing for the holiday with her family, Brandi swiftly arranged for 5 days of HHA services for my sister and provided support for myself and for my extended family (we were all new to this process). My sister received expert assistance from 2 different empathetic and hard working aides. We can't thank Comfort Home Care enough for the expedient care right around a major holiday. If we ever need HHA services in the future, I will only call Comfort Home Care.
In May 2024 I unexpectedly had an open break of my left ankle. After surgery and 2 ½ weeks in the excellent care of GW University Hospital Orthopedics I started recuperation at home with 4 weeks of zero pressure on the left foot.
To find an immediate 24/7h service only a few days before my hospital discharge I contacted Comfort Home Care in Washington DC. Their management team with the leadership of President Shaun Underkoffler immediately became active. They put two teams of caregivers for two 12hour shifts per day together. They started the day of my hospital release.
Each of the caregivers were well trained and professional. They took care of wound care, personal care, preparing food and were 100% attentive. After 4 weeks of 24/7 service the caregiver attendance was reduced to 4h per day for 2 weeks.
Comfort Home Care is a very well organized, very well managed and effective top professional group for home care. They are highly recommendable!
When my late husband was stricken with brain cancer, I was at a loss to find caregivers. Fortunately, Comfort Home Care was recommended. I can say with all honesty that the caregivers from Comfort Home Care were extraordinary. For 8 hours a day, 7 days a week, for 7 months, these kind, caring and highly skilled caregivers came into our home, lovingly took care of my husband, constantly asked me for the support that I personally might need, and never failed to make him and me feel safe and cared for. They became family. Also, I was dreading doing the paperwork for our long term care insurance paperwork, but the Comfort Home Care office took care of all of that bureaucracy, so that we received reimbursements in a timely manner. My husband passed away several months ago, and our caregivers were genuinely sad and concerned for me. My husband's disease was a terrible one, but the silver lining through the ordeal was the skilled care and loving kindness of his caregivers from Comfort Home Care.
What a blessing Comfort Home Care has been. They provided excellent in home care and support for my aging aunt after her stay in Rehab. I highly recommend and would absolutely use them again!
We had a wonderful experience with the caregivers from Comfort Home Care. They were compassionate, kind and loving in the hospice care they gave my mother. It was a comfort to know she was getting such good care.
After being discharged from the hospital with broken pelvis Saba was there to greet and help me. From that day on my life improved with a lot a wrk and attention from the Comfort Home Care personnel. It went on for two months by reducing the time of the care when it is appropriate. Now I am back to almost normal friends could not believe it. Thank you all
